DESCRIPTION:Building on the success of the previous three editions\, one6G’s flagship event is coming back to discuss the key drivers and technological pillars that will shape 6G. Just like the 2023 edition\, one6G Summit 2024 will be held in a physical location – this year in sunny Valencia. \none6G Summit 2024 will bring together top experts and innovators from international industry forums\, national and regional policymakers\, and academics from renowned research institutes to discuss how 6G will change the way we live\, work\, and experience the world and how technology\, business\, and policy approaches will converge to lead us toward a hyper-connected world. \nThe speakers will share their insights\, visions\, and roadmaps\, covering subjects ranging from national strategies and regional research and innovation actions to the progress of enabling technologies. The first wave of IMT2030 use cases and requirements will also be discussed\, among other topics. SUMMARY:IEEE International Symposium on Personal\, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications
DESCRIPTION:The 2024 Annual IEEE International Symposium on Personal\, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications (IEEE PIMRC 2024). We are excited to bring this event to Valencia\, Spain. The symposium has become one of the two major conferences of the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) in the field of wireless communications and networking. Originally founded in 1989 as a workshop in London and developed over the years to become a major international conference attracting the technical community from all regions and continents. The PIMRC 2024 will be composed of high quality technical sessions\, panels\, workshops and tutorials supported by PIMRC 2024 General Chairs\, Technical Program Committee Chairs\, Local Organizing Committee Chairs\, Workshop and Tutorial Chairs\, Panel Chairs\, and Publication Chairs. IEEE PIMRC 2024 welcomes contributions reporting original research results in all areas of wireless technology as well as in applications\, services\, and business. \n5G-STARDUST partner Consorzio Nazionale Interuniversitario per le Telecomunicazioni (CNIT) is co-organiser of the in-event workshop on “6G-NTN: architectures and technologies”\, taking place on September 2\,  where CNIT representative Alessandro Guidotti will also give a keynote speech on “The NTN (r)evolution” and co-deliver a tutorial on “6G-NTN Architectures.” \nIn addition\, our partner Fraunhofer will be part of the first technical session within the workshop. \nFor more information: https://pimrc2024.ieee-pimrc.org/
